Putnam
& Company, PS, CPAs was established in October 1997. The
benefit of a small firm such as Putnam & Company, PS, CPAs is
the personalized attention received by the client.
We
provide bookkeeping & payroll services, as well as tax for individuals,
corporations, estates, trusts, partnerships and not-for-profits.
We also perform audit services for not-for-profits, and reviews
for construction companies.
In
the tax arena, quite often a phone call prior to the conclusion
of a transaction can assure that the transaction is structured in
such a way as to create the least amount of tax liability.

of Putnam & Company, PS, CPAs. Having lived in Alaska for seventeen
years and jointly running several businesses there, they are familiar
with the demands of owning and operating small- to intermediate-sized
businesses. Annually attending over 80 hours of Continuing Professional
Education keeps them current on changes in tax, estate, retirement
planning, and GAAP rulings.
Both
Lola and Frank have original degrees from Stephen F. Austin State
University. Frank also has earned a second Bachelors of Science
in Economics, and a Masters of Finance from the University of Wyoming.

Company has membership in the Chambers of Commerce from Eatonville
and Yelm, WA. The owners have served as officers for the Eatonville
